Gyro-Evac

The Gyro-Evac is a large hot-air balloon, resembling a zeppelin-like vehicle, financed by Preston B. Whitmore's Industries. It is primary used by Commander Rourke, as a means of evacuation from an underground environment, as well as a platform from which to attack enemies, at higher ground.
