Frieza's training planet was a planet in Universe 7 where Frieza and Tagoma (who was selected by Sorbet as Frieza's partner) had special training.
The planet itself looks like a rocky area with pointy-sharp mountains and with dark sky with a clear view of the stars neighboring it.
