Dilton Doiley is one of the main protagonists of the Archie Comics/TV show Archie's Weird Mysteries.

Appearance

Dilton is shown to be a 17-year-old boy with black hair, with glasses, wearing a green short sleeve collared shirt with yellow streaks on them, with a white undershirt. He also has blue shorts, white socks and gray shoes. Sometimes he wears a lab coat.

Role in the Show

Dilton is a nerdy genius who usually helps Archie and the gang save the day by building high-tech gadgets. 

Alternate Riverdales

In the 3 part Archie Time Adventures part 2 episode "Alternate Riverdales" Dilton is the affection of Big Ethal eyes as she had a crush on him since the 5th grade.

Trivia

• He along with Betty and Veronica were in the trash compactor due to the Stanley 9000 putting duct tape on them, place them on a table, put them inside it and try to crush them. Which is a reference to the trash compactor scene in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope. The first and original Star Wars film in 1977 as part of the original trilogy.
• He did get rescued three times in three episodes.
• He and the girls broke free and tried to call for help but no one heard them.
• Archie shut the Stanley 9000 down, saving him and the girls. Later Pop's Chock'lit Shoppe was back to normal as he disassembled the Stanley 9000.
• He is one of the 5 characters who has black hair along with Veronica Lodge, Reggie Mantle, Jughead Jones, Midge Klump and Ethel Muggs.
• He is one of the 3 characters who wears glasses along with Mr. Weatherbee and Hiram Lodge.
• He is a scientist in the show just like in the comics and the Filmation cartoons.
• He Like Archie, Betty, Veronica, Reggie, Jughead and Smithers had also became a evil Vampire in the episode "Halloween of Horror".
• His The Loud House counterpart is Lisa Loud because both are smart, wear glasses, green, white and are scientists.
• His Danny Phantom counterpart is Tucker Foley because both wear green, glasses and like technology.
• His Dexter's Laboratory counterpart is the titular character because both are scientists.
• His Knight Rider Counterpart Is RC3 from The Original Knight Rider Series.
